WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?  

For all your online orders, you have 30 days from the day of receipt of your order, to return your items.

Here are a few things to keep in mind:  

The returned items are under your responsibility until we receive them. We therefore advise you to follow our return procedure carefully.
We refund items at the price youbought them – including items purchased  on sale.
Our warehouse inspects all return items.
Did you lose your voucher  back? Don’t panic  ! Simply contact the CUSTOMER SERVICE to get a new one.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM ?  

Simply follow the 5 steps of our return procedure:

Cut out the return label on the return voucher received in your order, and set it aside *.
On the plastic wrap of the article, fill the yellow field with the code corresponding to the reason of your return.
Put your item and return voucher in the transparent  package in which it arrived. Wrap it thoroughly in the bag/package of the mark so that it is not damaged on the way back.
Adhere the prepaid return label to the bag/package by covering any existing shipping label.
And here you are ready to return your parcel. Simply use the same delivery service as the one used for delivery.
Be sure to ask for a receipt as proof that you returned the parcel.

Did you lose your voucher  back? Don’t panic  ! Simply contact the CUSTOMER SERVICE to get a new one.

* * If you have used DHL Express, please return your parcel via La Poste.

Is I CAN EXCHANGE AN ITEM IN LINE?  

Unfortunately no, we do not offer online exchanges.
But don’t panic  ! You can simply place a new order to receive the desired item, and return the item you don’t want to keep by following the easy 5-step return procedure.
As soon as we have received the returned item, we will reimburse you for the amount in question.
The legal requirements stipulate that you must return an item within 14 days from its receipt, but we offer you the possibility to make your return within 30 days. And yes, we’re like that  !

 

DID YOU RECEIVE MY RETURNED PARCEL?

Once your return parcel is received by our warehouse, you will receive a return confirmation email. We will process your return within 14 days to make your refund as soon as possible.

 

WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once your return parcel is received by our warehouse, you will receive a return confirmation email. We will then process your return to proceed with your refund as soon as possible.
We will refund you according to the payment method you used to order.
If you have paid by credit card or PayPal, it may take a few days before the amount of the refund appears on your account, and this time usually depends on your bank.
If you have paid your order with a gift card, we will send you a new gift card of the same amount.
If you have settled your purchases by combining a gift card and another form of payment, we will first reimburse the amount paid by this other form of payment. The eventual residual amount will be refunded in the form of a new gift card.
